A.
Με μέρη του σώματος:
  • Bob twisted her ankle
  • He put on his jacket and his hat and he left.

BUT: the + preposition
για κατι που συμβαίνει στο ανθρώπινο σώμα όπως πόνος, χτύπημα, άγγιγμα δηλ. με ρήματα όπως hit, punch, slap, bite, touch, pat, sting...
  • She slapped him on the face.
  • He has got a pain in the ass.  



B. Possessive Case


a) Humans and animals

's = Bob's dog / dog's plate / cat's plate / man's car men's car (singular and irregular plural)

s' = parents' car / cats' plate (plural)

's = Bob's and Paul's cameras (each boy has a camera)

's = Bob and Paul's camera (the camera belongs to both)

d) Αψυχα αντικείμενα ή αφηρημένα ουσιαστικά
  • The wheels of the car 
  • The prise of freedom
